Initial Assessment: Before starting the mentorship program, each participant will undergo an initial assessment session. This session will help understand their goals, strengths, weaknesses, and areas where they need support.
Goal Setting: Together with the mentor, participants will set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. These goals will serve as the foundation for the accountability journey.
Action Planning: Participants will work with the mentor to develop action plans outlining the steps they need to take to achieve their goals. These plans will include milestones, deadlines, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
Accountability Tools: Participants will be provided with tools and resources to help them stay accountable. This may include goal-tracking worksheets, habit trackers, and time management techniques.
Feedback and Reflection: Throughout the mentorship session, participants will receive constructive feedback on their progress and performance. They will also be encouraged to reflect on their experiences and identify areas for growth.
